The staff were very polite and welcoming, exceptional services. I thoroughly enjoyed convenient placing of central heating, coffee and tea making equipment, and multi-channel television in the japanese-style twin room. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the bathroom was big, I had a great trip there. The vibe here was quiet!

The Junior Suite was super stylish and comfortable, with everything perfectly set up. The private onsen was a game changer-just the right temperature and so relaxing. Plus, we was like we had our own little retreat, even with the hotel being full. Can't forget the amazing views outside. It really added to the vibe.

The beautiful onsen and exquisite dining experiences were highlights.

Unfortunately, the service felt noticeably rushed during breakfast and dinner. It was annoying to feel hurried especially during meals we were looking forward to. The bathroom showed signs of deterioration, and the overall cleanliness left much to be desired.
